Lovely stay in tropical gardens

Everything. What a beautiful stay we had. My partner and I stayed two nights in the Lembah bungalow. The bed was large and comfy, I loved the deco and the outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was a fantastic add on to chill out in the morning. The staff was lovely and friendly and the general manager, Zar, very attentive. They have a restaurant on site with a la carte menu and a special steak night on Thursday. We were offered a delicious refreshing welcome drink on our arrival, which was very well received and appreciated the nice touch. Overall, the resort exceeded my expectations. I would stay again and I'd recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay!

A beautiful property with exceptional hospitality!

Overall, I had a really good stay here. The property is beautiful, very aesthetically designed, and feels well maintained. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. A special shout-out to Zar, who genuinely made the stay much more convenient. Whether it was helping us book cabs, arranging scooters, or assisting with anything else we needed, he was always ready to help with a smile. Hospitality here is definitely one of the strongest points of this property. The breakfast was good, and the food overall was satisfactory. The pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. There is a construction site next to the property, but honestly, it wasn't something that bothered us much. Also, as of July 2026, the road leading to the property is still under development. That said, we had absolutely no trouble reaching it on a scooter, even with two people riding. Hopefully, once the road work is complete, the experience will be even better. The location is also convenient. It's close enough to the busy streets of Kuta while still being away from the noise, and it's just a short ride from the beach.

− The only thing I felt could be improved was the bedding. The room itself was clean, but the bedsheets, pillow covers, and cushion covers looked a bit worn out and didn't feel as fresh as they should have. Even the sofa had a few visible stains. It's not a deal breaker, and I'm sure room service would help if you asked, but I do think replacing or refreshing the linens would make a huge difference. Overall, it's a property I'd definitely recommend if you're staying around Kuta. Fix the bedding, and this place would easily be an exceptional stay.

L’emplacement idéal par rapport au centre de Kuta.

− La proximité avec le restaurant d’à côté, un des soirs c’était la fête et la musique était à fond, c’était très très bruyant. Le bungalow est très sympa mais un peu petit et pas beaucoup de rangement pour les affaires.

Heerlijk verblijf met zwembad, relaxed en dichtbij restaurantjes en winkeltjes.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf. Wij hebben hier onze eerste 5 nachten doorgebracht met ons gezin van 4. Bedden liggen goed, badkamer buiten is heerlijk. Het huisje vond ik groter dan dat ik vooraf vanaf de foto's had verwacht. Dochters sliepen boven ook prima. Het personeel doet alles voor je. Zo vriendelijk. We hebben 2 scooters gehuurd om de omgeving te verkennen. De weg naar het centrum toe is onverhard maar dat is maar een klein stukje. Ik heb daar voor het eerst scooter gereden en als je dat rustig doet en goed oplet gaat dat prima. De wegen verder in Lombok zijn verder echt goed. De meiden hebben ook genoten van het verblijf, heerlijk ontbijt en het zwembad. Cocktails zijn ook echt een aanrader. Dankjulliewel lieve mensen!
