− Szomszédban étterem ami nem működik csak hétvégén lakodalmakra ami a pihenést zavarja. Légkondik nincsenek a szobakon, és szúnyog halok se a ablakon.

− Az alacsony ár miatt különböző emberek szállnak meg , kiknek viselkedése, esti hangoskodasa, zene, kiabalás kifogasolható.
