10.0Absolutely fantastic stay at the National Forest Park Mini Inn - also called Whispering Hotel. Eason and Lucas are taking care of the reception and oh wow, they do a great job! We‘re used to google and search all by ourselfs while traveling, but trust me, for the crowds, weather and location of visiting the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain we were so lucky to have them organize our whole stay and all activities. They navigated us through that we had no crowds, no waiting lines and absolutely great 3 full days. Since we are vegetarian/vegan, they provided us with good food for breakfast and dinner, so it made our long days in the national park even nicer. All drives to the entrance (west entrance, where the hotel is, is the best for less crowds) and to the train station of Zhangjiajie West were perfectly organized. This was already a recommendation from friends to us and we highly recommend staying and planning here! Thank you guys :-)

10.0Lucas and his team are awesome, they made our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is 7 minutes walk to the park and Lucas helped us with everyday routes. Would come back again and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to explore the park. Thank you Lucas and the team.

10.0La ubicación. Al lado de una puerta de acceso al parque. La atención del personal, extraordinaria y la comida, buenísima.
− Estaba lejos del centro de ZHANGAJIE lo que te limitaba un poco a hacer cualquier actividad que no fuera visitar el parque nacional.

10.0Durante los 6 días que hemos estado en este alojamiento, el staff nos ha ayudado en todo momento a preparar los itinerarios de cada día de forma personalizada, incluso encargándose de la compra de las entradas y de los transportes de ida y vuelta al hotel. Pero además, la comida es deliciosa y variada, todos los empleados encantadores, la habitación amplia y acogedora (301) y hay piscina, mesa de billar y free laundry. Un hotel en plena naturaleza en el que nos hemos sentido como en casa. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por su gran trabajo!! Miguel, Dina y Oliver
