hotel comodo y bien ubicado
9.0La ubicación del lugar es excelente, cercano a llegada de ferrys y de las mejores playas de la isla. Tambien tiene restaurantes y comercio cercano. El personal de recepción es muy amable y la habitación es muy cómoda, al igual que la cama de excelente calidad.
− El único punto negativo es que no tienen baños disponibles para huespedes despues de realizar el check out. Nosotros dejamos las maletas hasta mas tarde resguardadas en el hotel, pero no pudimos cambiarnos ropa ni ingresar al bañoa antes de ir a tomar el ferry de vuelta a Cancún. E sun detalle porque en general la atención del personal fue excelente.
