1.0A equipe que trabalha na pousada sempre foi muito simpática e pronta a ajudar com os problemas que surgiram.
− Tive vários problemas, para começar a minha reserva feita pelo booking não constava na pousada. Depois disso, me alocaram em um quarto diferente do que eu tinha alugado. Fiquei no Chalé 1 e ali tive mais problemas, para começar com o banheiro, com o ralo da área do chuveiro entupido, a banheira não funcionava, a água quente vazava pelo aquecedor no teto e escoava para fora do chalé, o quarto não tinha Wi-Fi e a cama era péssima, pequena para casal e durante a noite o lençol ficava saindo, então dormíamos e quando acordávamos estávamos direto no colchão. A experiência foi tão desagradável que chegamos na sexta para ficar até domingo, mas diante de tantos problemas, retornamos para São Paulo no sábado mesmo.
