They scammed me out of $300.

− It was over rated. It feels old, uncomfortable beds, ants and toilet is hard to flush Booking had a glitch in the system and told me my booking didn’t go through and prompted me to resubmit. Within 5 minutes I got 2 emails for 2 bookings. I immediately called the hotel and they told me to call booking.com. Booking.com told me it was the hotels decision, if they refunded the 2nd booking that was due to booking.coms technical error. Hotel refused to credit me back the money and charged me for 2 rooms. The fact non of this was due to me doing anything wrong and trying to correct it within 5 minutes is mind blowing that they did not do the honorable thing. I do not recommend this hotel or booking.com.
