8.0Es un sitio muy agradable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el personal super atento, hay un mall con supermercado muy cerca. Deberian tener opciones para los huéspedes como juegos ya que además de la piscina no hay nada para hacer
Alojamiento muy comodo y bien atendido
10.0Nuestra estadía en esta finca hotel fue una experiencia maravillosa. Viajé con mi familia durante estas vacaciones y disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpias, lo que nos permitió descansar y disfrutar nuestros días de descanso. El ambiente de la finca es tranquilo, perfecto para desconectarse y compartir en familia. Sin duda, fue una excelente elección para nuestras vacaciones en el Quindío. Agradecemos la hospitalidad y el excelente servicio recibido.

5.0Los exteriores muy bien cuidados. Los trabajadores atentos.
− El trato dado por el dueño al preguntar por teléfono por datáfono. Fue muy descortés al decir que sólo admitía efectivo, cosa que no vimos claramente al hacer la reserva.Hay formas más elegantes de decirlo. La habitación muy descuidada. No tenía siquiera dónde colocar la ropa, el encendedor de la luz suelto, la puerta con aberturas, el techo manchado, el ventilador no funcionaba... Las fotos, si bien se realizaron en la habitación, no hacen justicia a su mantenimiento. No volveremos ni lo recomendaremos a nadie. Una pena en relación con el exterior.
Paisaje soñado, Atención muy especial
10.0Una experiencia excelente. El lugar es hermoso, muy limpio, organizado y rodeado de naturaleza. Los espacios son ideales para compartir en familia, disfrutar de la piscina y descansar en un ambiente tranquilo. La atención del personal fue excepcional: siempre amables, atentos y con una calidez que hizo nuestra estadía aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.
