1.0− Rien tout sale , rien de conclure sur la réservation
In dieses Hotel werden wir nicht noch einmal gehen.
4.0− Der Fernseher ging überhaupt nicht, das Wasser kam entweder nur kochend heiß oder eisekalt aus den Hähnen oder man musste es minutenlang laufen lassen, der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war nicht befestigt, es gab nur einen Stuhl, die Lüftung im Bad ging nicht, es gab keine weiteren Kissen im Schrank, die Marmelade beim Frühstück war ungenießbar, am ersten Morgen gab es kein Ei, die Butter war alle. Eigentlich sollten wir Zimmer 64 bekommen, aber dafür wurde der Schlüssel nicht gefunden, daher Zimmer 63.

− Komunikacja z hotelem jest po prostu nie dobra nie dostaje się kodów na czas dzieki booking dopiero kod dostałam ale najpierw 2 godziny po podróży czekałam zmęczona aż hotel wyśle kod do skrzynki

4.0Die Lage war sehr zentral
− Personal beim checkin musste erst den Chef Kontaktieren um zu fragen welches Zimmer er vergeben soll. Im Flur vorm Zimmer waren alte Möbel geparkt. Keine Fußleisten im Zimmer. Unter dem Kopfkissen klebte ein benutztes Pflaster. 🤢Haare , vermutlich vom Vorgänger auf der Matratze. 🤮Handtücher waren lieblos zusammengelegt, wirkten absolut nicht frisch. Handwaschmittel in der Dusche. Keine Möglichkeit den Duschkopf aufzuhängen. HANDBRAUSE angesagt. Die Nachtschränke waren total verdreckt und im Zimmer hing ne schöne fette Spinne. Das einzige pos war der nette junge Mann beim checkout. Er war sehr freundlich.

− Po príchode na izbu boli vankúše a paplóny na jednej posteli poskladané čo však pôsobilo ako by tam už niekto spal v daných posteliach. Klimatizácia nebola na izbe čo pri horúčavách 30+ Celzia rozhodne chýba. Pri objednávke cez booking som zadala požiadavku, že je to business trip a potrebujem do potvrdenia o platbe zadať názov spoločnosti a VAT ID, čo som do dnešného dňa neobdržala.

2.0− Eigentlich gar nichts. Die Schlüssel Tresore haben nicht funktioniert, musste über eine Stunde auf die Öffnung des Hotels warten. Keine Rückmeldung auf Email oder Telefon. Das Zimmer nicht sauber, Badezimmer nicht ordentlich gesäubert. Heraus gerissene Steckdosen, Sicherheitsproblem.
