− La restauration est très chère par rapport au service et a la qualité des produits (peu inventif et par exemple poissons d’élevage) Trop de stagiaires dans le personnel de restauration Bcp de végétation, ce qui est très bien mais implique un entretien très rigoureux par exemple des terrasses privatives
