Very quiet stay in the winter
6.0Very clean, large room with vaulted ceiling and skylights. Unique location. Great view of Kingston. 1970s rural Canadian rustic charm. Right next to the ferry dock. Easy check-in
− No housekeeping between nights. Little things need fixing (clean the windows, better showerhead).
Nice and comfy
10.0Had the chance to meet the owner. We were late after check in and everything was closed. He made sure we had the dinner in the restaurant. That was very nice of him. Loved the band playing last night. Very nice, cosy and warm. Thank you

6.0Location for a concert at it was great. But wait times for the ferry to the island are not great but it is what it is.
− No real concerns. Small room and no tv but it’s an old original hotel.
We enjoyed our stay there. Renovations were nice and beds very comfortable!
8.0The breakfast was not included in the hotel cost, but that is ok, since we knew that in advance. It was quite good. Service was friendly.
− Just a very small thing. Our coffee maker in the room did not work. We reported it, but it wasn't fixed or replaced. However, not a big issue at all to us, although it would have been nice to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.
