3.0The people are very friendly and it's a nice location with a traditional pub.
− The room's window looked out onto a corridor, the lighting was like being in an office and there were no bedside lights. During the night the A/C unit made a horrendous sound every 45 minutes which kept me awake all night. I did tell the staff at the front desk on check out and they were very apologetic.

− Event on, very very loud, we were staying for a wedding and barely slept due to the noise.
Check if EV chargers are working if you are relying on them.

− EV charger wasn't working despite staff efforts to resolve this.
