Charming hotel with great cleaning service
9.0The location is great, the rooms are made up every day and bedsheets changed every two days. The room and the hotel itself has character and is very stylish - it's exactly as I like. The young receptionist was very kind and always extremely helpful. It's a real gem.
− The wifi didn't work for the TV so I had to use my own internet to watch TV and I stayed 6 days - no one thought to get it fixed in that entire time. The comment by a staff lady upon my arrival that "no one watches TV anyway and I just watch things on my phone while I am here" was neither here nor there - if there's a TV in the room, I expect it to work and not be made to feel like I am doing something wrong if I want to watch it. Also, one of the bedside lamps couldn't be plugged in because the plug was too large for the socket. There should be a bigger bin in the room itself as there is only a smalk one in the bathroom. Staying on the first floor next to the reception is a bit loud - you can here people coming and going and having conversations - it wasn't a problem for me as I have earplugs but it could get bothersome.

Perfect for Old Town
10.0The location you can't beat. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and well designed and spotlessly clean as is the bedroom. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The building is old but has character inside and the rooms are well designed and has a fridge and kettle with tea and sugar.
