− Las puertas de el baño, están caídas no se podían abrir y la taza de el baño tiraba agua que se metía para la abitacion...
Reservaciones no se respetan

− La actitud de la administradora nefasta cero cordial. Reserve suite y me dio habitación doble por que supuestamente ya alguien la habia reservado, siendo que yo la reserve por boooking tenia hasta la confirmación por este medio, y según esto y ella pues para compensar dijo que podríamos hacer check out a la hora que quisieramos, pero quedándonos en una habitación doble, al final envio mensaje para decir que desocuparamos la habitación por que ya la habia reservado alguien más, aunque nosotros aun la estabamos ocupando. La actitud de esta persona por mensajes es otra y ni siquiera es amable en persona asi que nada ver la actitud de servicio al cliente,y sinceramente aqui por booking solo hacen lo que se les pega la gana con las reservaciones, casi nos corrió al dejarnos sin aire acondicionado, esto al final de la estancia. ES MOLESTO PUES UNO NO VA A PEDIR RELAGADO ALGO PAGA POR ELLO. La actitud de la administradora cero cordial, cero amable, ni para decir: buenas tardes, ni con permiso ni una disculpa en persona por el mal momento ,¡nada!. COMO CONSEJO ESPERO QUE LA SEÑORA QUE FUNGE COMO ADMINISTRADORA TOME UNAS CLASES DE ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, QUE BUENA FALTA LE HACEN. Y OTRO CONSEJO COMO ADMINISTRADORA DEL LUGAR DEBERIA DE BUSCAR NEGOCIAR Y OFRECER ALTERNATIVAS Y RESPETAR LAS RESERVACIONES, PUES COMO COMENTO NO FUI A QUE ME REGLARAN LA ESTANCIA, PAGUE POR ELLA.
Muy agradable estancia, ideal si te quieres desconectar de la vida cotidiana.
9.0Hotel cómodo y muy buen precio. Ideal para familias o pareja.
− El único problema fue que al segundo día el wifi dejó de funcionar, de todo lo demás fue perfecto.
