− Geen vuilniszak in vuilnisbakje en maar 1 vuilbqk in badkamer, liever nog 1 extra

Hotel s restaurací v turisticky dobré lokalitě s nádražím pro Bernina Express. V hotelu čisto, pohodlná postel!!, pod okny horská řeka která krásně uspává :) snídaně - omezenější výběr ale kvalitní potraviny, příjemný personál - zde velmi oceňujeme informace od paní Denisy a paní Karin ohledně okolí a cestování vlakem. Doporučujeme!

− Es un hotel muy concurrido y, en el desayuno, se junta mucha gente para servirse en un mostrador con poco espacio.

The location and views are fantastic. It is a very convieneint short walk downhill from the train. You will have to climb the hill to get back up but it is not bad. Wonderfully scenic area, make sure you know that there is not much in town which is fine as long as you know that going in, which we did. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is well set up, very clean and rather classy. I would love to see it in winter I am sure it is fantastic. The breakfast was good with enough variety to have something for everyone and well stocked. The staff was good about keeping the table stocked and though I only got one plate I noticed it being restocked often. The switches in the room are nice and intuitive, the tap water comes from a spring and there is wood throughout.

− My only improvement for the actual hotel would be that screens in the windows would be a big improvement, or Air Conditioning. It was warm this summer which made the room hard to sleep in and while the bed was nice, the room was too hot for comfort. I get no screens to preserve the view as the view was fantastic, but then maybe AC would help. It is hotter than normal from my understanding though so this may not be an issue normally. We successfully used cross breezes before in other spots over our trip however fans were provided or screens were in the windows to prevent bugs which were obvious outside. Not in a poor condition way just normal bugs flying into parts of the roof, gutters etc. Super normal but screens or ac would be a big help. We had an unfortunate incident at dinner which marred an otherwise pleasant stay. We were brought a menu in English which was nice; however, the menu stated drinks were included for two hours. The prices for what you were getting were high so the included drinks made sense. It is an assumption sure, but with it litterally written on the menu, it seemed to line up. We ordered normally and were billed for drinks which we then discussed with the waiter. In case things are inferred, while upset, i never get rude or get in peoples faces for these things as it does not help, I point out the issue and talk about it. He said it was a mistake as the english menu was for a specific tour group and was provided just for translation (understandable) however we were still charged despite this. I will do my best to be fair, our waiter was all over the place taking care of alot of guests. I think it was a simple mistake from a very busy person. He folded the menu during the bill discussion covering the complimentary drinks though it was flat when it was provided for our meal, again, I think he meant to and was just very busy and forgot.
