4.0− The air conditioner did not work, and it was too hot in the room at night. The service was poor: although there were not many guests, we had to wait more than half an hour for a simple beer or cocktail. There was a bad smell at the entrance to the hotel and in the room. Overall, it was far too expensive for the room and service provided.
