− We arrived and had to wait for our room, but we couldn't use the pool because the showers were too small and there was no proper place to change. During dinner, we waited 50 minutes for our wine. It was only served after we had already finished our meal.

− צוות השירות של המזון על הבריכה הפריעו את מנוחתי בגלל תקלת אשראי שלהם היתקשרו אליי 4 פעמים אחרי שסגרנו שאשלם בקבלה.

− בארוחת ערב בופה הייתה פחות לטעמנו, יותר נהננו מהאוכל בלאונג וגם היה משמעותית יותר זול
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation.
