− We arrived and had to wait for our room, but we couldn't use the pool because the showers were too small and there was no proper place to change. During dinner, we waited 50 minutes for our wine. It was only served after we had already finished our meal.

Good to know
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in starts at 18:00, while arrivals are accepted from 16:00. Check-out on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is until 14:00. When booking 4 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
