10.0قرب الفندق من مدخل النساء بوابة 16 , حبيت النظافة والاهتمام والغرفة كبيرة وتحت الفندق محلات متوفر فيها كل شيء , المطعم أكلهم نظيف ولذيذ , والأهم من هذا كله اشكرهم على الامانة نسيت ذهب وبطاقات شخصية في الغرفة وتذكرتها وانا في الطيارة واتصلت عليهم وتجاوبوا معي بسرعة وأكدوا لي ان الذهب والبطاقات عندهم بالحفظ والصون 👍🏻 الف شكر لهم واكيد راح اكرر التجربة الرائعة

6.0I stayed at Dar Al Iman InterContinental Madinah with my family and children. The hotel’s location is excellent, particularly because it is very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. This made it very convenient for us to attend prayers and visit the Haram. The room was generally comfortable, and I personally found the stay satisfactory.
− Regarding breakfast, there were not enough child-friendly options. Immediately before staying at this hotel, we had stayed at a hotel in Makkah that offered a much wider variety of suitable breakfast items for children. At Dar Al Iman, we often struggled to find enough options for the kids. The dinner buffet included many sweets, desserts, and snack items, but the selection of main-course dishes was limited. Dinner service also ended quite early. Food started being removed at around 10:15 p.m., and the dining room closed at approximately 10:30 p.m. Since the Isha prayer finished at around 9:30 p.m., guests returning from the Haram had very little time to reach the restaurant and enjoy their meal comfortably. One morning, our family missed breakfast because we stayed longer than expected at the Haram. I went to the restaurant at around 10:30 a.m., but it was already closed. A staff member suggested that I contact room service. I called several times but could not reach anyone. I then contacted the operator, who said she would speak with the restaurant manager, but I did not receive a return call. After approximately 30 minutes of trying, I was informed that I would need to purchase breakfast through room service. By that time, it was already close to lunchtime. I was also surprised to learn that ordering an Oriental or American breakfast for the family would cost more than $400, at over $100 per person. This seemed extremely expensive and was even higher than the nightly room rate. Ho
