− スタッフはほぼ英語が話せない。Google翻訳で対応している。 部屋に小さな蟻が数匹、夜間にゴキブリが出た。 朝食は、配膳などのタイミングが悪く、選択できる種類は少なかった…
facilities good, booked for dinner at restaurant, turned up at 6pm and was told it was closed

− came down for booked dinner but the chef had gone home because it was quiet. Was not told. didn't want to go out the weather.

6.0It was convenient for the QL1a and the staff were welcoming. Definitely suitable for locals/domestic tourism. All staff happy to use Google translate to communicate.
− No hot water when I tried to shower. The dinner menu didn't have vegetarian food and due to language barrier, when I requested the stir fry noodles for a vegetarian I got super noodles in a bowl of water with a bit of pak choi, i was so hungry I made do.
