− Υγρασια, μυρωδια άσχημη υγρασίας, το μπανιο χωρις φυσικο εξαερισμό και γενικά χωρίς εξαερισμό γιατί δεν δούλευε ο τεχνητός εξαερισμός, φουσκωμένες πόρτες και έπιπλα απο την υγρασία, φουσκωμένο πάτωμα λαμινάτε στο δωμάτιο, έτος 2026 σε νησί και να μην υπάρχει ηλιακός και να περιμένουμε από τον ηλεκτρικό θερμοσίφωνα για ζεστό νερό. πρίζες ξεχαρβαλωμένες
