− OFFICIAL COMPLAINT: SCAM & SAFETY WARNING - DIAMOND HOTEL VAN DON Subject: Reporting Illegal Operation and Fraudulent Listing I am reporting Diamond Hotel in the Van Don area for fraudulent activity and unsafe conditions. This property is part of a notorious, failed development project and should not be allowed on Booking.com. Reasons for immediate removal: Infrastructure Failure: The hotel is running on "ghost mode." Most of the building is dark, and they only provide the absolute minimum electricity to keep the lobby lit. Closed Facilities: The pool is closed, green/empty, and all advertised amenities are non-existent. It is a shell of a building, not a functioning hotel. Credit Card Fraud: They have no credit card terminals. They deliberately mark valid international cards as "invalid" in the Booking.com system to force guests into cash payments or to avoid paying platform commissions. Dark History: The Van Don area and this specific project have been linked to land scandals and police investigations (dating back to 2005 and recently). Local authorities are visibly uncomfortable or panicked when this specific hotel is mentioned, indicating illegal or "grey zone" operations. Safety Risk: There is no real security or professional staff. Staying here feels illegal and unsafe. This is a "Ghost Hotel" scam. Do not let more tourists fall into this trap. Please investigate the legality of their business license and remove the listing to protect travelers.

8.0Phòng rộng, khá đẹp, vị trí đẹp
− Rèm cửa ban công thiết kế bất hợp lý, rất bất tiện khi ra vào ban công. Có rất nhiều biển dọa phạt khách: như dọa phạt 2tr nếu hút thuốc trong phòng, dọa phạt 5tr nếu đỗ xe trên vỉa hè.... Thay vì dọa phạt thì nên dùng câu từ lịch sự. Khách sạn ko phải là cơ quan công quyền.

Khách sạn nên điều chỉnh lại nội thất phòng nghỉ cũng như các tiện ích của khách sạn cho đạt tiêu 4*

− Chất lượng phòng nghỉ kém; chăn ga cũ, sàn gỗ cũ ọp ẹp, tường mốc, khu wc mở cửa khó, áp lực nước cho tắm sen kém. Đối với tiện ích công cộng bể bơi vừa bé lại không tiện nghi, không có phòng gym mặc dù có ghi trong chỉ dẫn.
