6.0Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. In einem Kühlschrank auf der grossen Terrasse kann man mitgebrachte Getränke etc. kühlstellen. Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet. Liebevolle Dekorationen sind im Haus und dem herrlichen Garten geschmackvoll verteilt. Eine kleine 9-Loch Golfanlage befindet sich gleich gegenüber.
− Keine Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator im Zimmer (bei den Sommertemperaturen herausfordernd); sehr, sehr kleines Bad nur mit Duschvorhang (klebt aufgrund der Enge am Körper); Balkon ohne Sitzgelegenheit und Tisch (schade bei der herrlichen Aussicht); kaum Abdunkelung im Zimmer, d.h. im Sommer ist es ab 4 Uhr sehr hell im Raum

− Incorrect info about the location by Booking.com - property NOT in neulengbach and distance incorrect too. Very difficult to find. A dinghy batroom with broken tile and smelly liquid soap.Non-functioning TV during FIFA and Wimbledon 2026 snd the comment by owner that we should rather talk to each otber. "Funny" but at 120 Euro/night an affront.

10.0We are very grateful to the hostess, who welcomed us so warmly and provided us with all the help we needed at that time. Beautiful garden, very comfortable beds, delicious and healthy breakfast.
