10.0Hotel ist in top Lage, Parkplätze paar Gehminuten. Zum ein und ausladen kann man direkt vorm Hotel parken. Das Frühstück ist lecker 😋, sehr große Auswahl. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Großer Pool innen, außen Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen wegen dem Wetter.

10.0The pool was lovely, the room comfy and breakfast was fine. The guest carpark is very close. Check-in staff was most helpful and kind.
− There were no guest towels by the pool or in the room. There weren't even dressing gowns. The lift absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, but it may have been one of the members of staff who were in there with us. Probably just back from their cigarette break.

3.0Der Pool war gut, die Zimmerausstattung war gut und sauber, das Bad hatte eine ebenerdige große Dusche und das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich und beflissen.
− Das Servicepersonal un das Persoanl an der Rezeption hat die Gäste nicht gegrüßt. Das Frühstück war ohne Abwechslung und nicht sehr komplex und die Auswahl sehr beschränkt, jeden Tag die gleichen Angebote. Jeden Tag musste man etwas nachfordern beim Personal: Brötchen vergriffen, keine Eierspeisen da, Kaffeekännchen nicht vorbereitet, Warmwassersamowar nicht gefüllt, keine Saftauswahl, Saftspender defekt, keine Teekännchen, Marmeladenschälchen nicht korrekt gereinigt und fehlten sogar ganz usw. kaum etwas wurde selbständig wieder aufgefüllt durch das Personal. Die Frühstücksbestecke waren nicht auf den Tischen ausgelegt, sondern jeder Gast musste sich diese aus einem Besteck- korb nehmen, was nicht sehr hygienisch ist!!! Das Abräumen und Reinigen der Frühstückstische sollte aus hygienischen Gründen nochmal überprüft werden!!! Die Wartezeiten an der Rezeption waren lang. Als untypisch ist es auch anzusehen, dass mit Beginn der Hauptsaison das Restaurant mit Bar gleich für 3 Wochen geschlossen wird! Man sollte mehr auf seine Gäste eingehen. Leider ist auch die Burg Bad Bentheim als Attraktion des Ortes nicht mehr zu besichtigen!
