5.0Friendly staff. And clean room and shower room
− No. T.v breakfast was very poor. I don't eat cereal or bread or whole or semi skimmed milk for healthy reasons. Luckily I had my own fruit greek yoghurt and honey in my case.
Great stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Manchester
9.0The property was clean and comfortable and the rooms were large and excellent. The staff were all very friendly and the night time porter was exceptionally lovely and always had a friendly smile and always asked about our day. There was car parking on site and shops were local for what we needed.
− My only gripe would be that there was no tv at the property.

− There was silver fish in the property crawling everywhere made a stag member aware and he was not bothered the sheets had marks on them and the room was very dusty !

10.0I messed up my expected check in and after heavy traffic after the football i messaged and was good to check in at 11.50 and the man at the desk was very polite, helpful and the room was lovely.
