Až na pár drobností by som súhlasil, že je to 4-hviezdičkový hotel.
6.0Páči sa mi tichá lokalita, hotel je čistý zvnútra aj zvonka.
− Vždy, keď si rezervujem tento hotel, pár dní po rezervácii nám povedia, že bazén je z technických dôvodov mimo prevádzky. Nabudúce, keď to urobia znova, zruším rezerváciu. Tiež som musel upozorniť personál, že pri raňajkách neboli žiadne párky, asi by ich tam sami od seba viac nedali, alebo by to trvalo dlhšie kým by to urobili. Ocenil by som, keby bolo všetko jedlo niečím prikryté, nielen pečivo a varené jedlo, ale aj šunka, syr atď. alebo keby nejako zabezpečili, aby tam potom nelietali muchy.
Veľmi dobrý hotel v Michalovciach..
10.0Hotel je troška mimo centra, v tichej štvrti.Je pekne zrekonštruovaný, všade bolo čisto, personál hotela bol veľmi milý. Izba bola priestranná, veľká pohodlná posteľ.Raňajky boli vynikajúce, veľký výber každý si príde na svoje. Hotel má aj veľmi slušný wellnes no pri našej návšte bol zatvorený, akurát prebiehala pravidelná údržba takže sme ho nemohli vyskúšať...

9.0Чудовий готель, ввічливий розуміючий персонал, готовий все пояснити. Чисто, акуратно, все ніби нове. Дуже смачна кухня в ресторані, великий вибір сніданків по типу "шведського столу". Загалом чудове місце для відпочинку в дорозі, гарна територія та розташування
− Для готеля 4 зірок не зрозуміла відсутність капців та індивідуальних косметичних засобів.
