7.0A equipe continua sempre atenciosa.
− Meus pais sempre que vão a Imperatriz fazem questão de se hospedar no Residence, o que já conta pelo menos uma s8 vezes, mas infelizmente, desta vez, eles acharam o hotel sujo, o café da manhã não estava no mesmo padrão de antes. São idosos, e precisaram de uma refeição no quarto, e as informações da recepção com a equipe do restaurante não estavam de acordo uma com a outra, os deixando sem a dita refeição. Enfim, acredito que um ajuste na gerência pode resolver, até para que o hotel, sempre muito bem conceituado possa manter-se assim.

9.0The room is large with room for two people to work. Breakfast always has a large selection to choose from. Parking is secure and ample.
− Please upgrade the elevators! This is the only negative thing about this hotel - you never know if the elevator you are getting into is going up or going down. I was able to walk down six flights of stairs in the time it took my wife to take the elevator down.
