− Oh boy.. I stayed for just one night. I was on the 4th floor. For starters the shower did not work. The water pressure kept coming in and out to the point where no water would come out at all and I had to use the toilet hose to rinse off. They did not include any sort of shampoo. Just a bar soap and two tooth brushes. The patio door and sliding window does not close all the way so you will have bugs coming in. The fan makes a really loud screeching sound and the AC hardly worked. The patio furniture was very uncomfortable. They are wood chairs but not sanded and glossed properly and is very sharp and will splinter. The pool in the photos is not even their pool. It's the pool of hotel across the street. They are doing some reorganizing? and a lot of areas have random furniture laying about. You have to take your shoes off before entering the building, but due to the renovations, the floor is very dirty to be forced to walk barefoot on. I have been staying in hostels for majority of my trips and many of those were better than this room. If I wasn't only staying here for one night I would of asked for a refund. I'm not picky with rooms but I feel like this hotel is essentially bait and not fully represented on this listing. There were other rooms similar price that were probably much nicer..

Bett war wirklich super bequem.

− Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Bad war nur so halbwegs sauber. Habe auch etwas mehr bezahlt, als angegeben. Und da fand ich Preis Leistung nicht gut, da es das nicht wert war. Pool ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Sehr klein. Sieht wenig einladend aus.

− Psychotic staff refuse to take my payment when offered both cash and card. She dies not even speak Lao if you use a translation app. Threatened to call police when we were checking out.

Symphatisches Hotel, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig; toller Blick auf die Berge, die Ballons sind am Morgen und Abend direkt über unsere Köpfe hinweggeschwebt; sauber, geräumig; komme gerne wieder

・立地がとても良い。騒がしい場所から離れていて落ち着く。町自体コンパクトなので、食事やお茶なら徒歩で問題ない。美味しいレストランや美味しいロティ、サンドウィッチを作ってくれるBig Mama達が近くにいるのがよかった。 ・マウンテンビューの部屋からの眺めがとても良い。時期的にガスっていたのが残念だったが、それでもマウンテンビューは良い。部屋も明るい。このホテルを選ぶなら多少値段が上がってもマウンテンビューを選ぶべき。 ・設備は古いが掃除はしっかりされており清潔。部屋の洗面所で小さい蟻は見たけど、他に虫は出なかった。蟻ぐらい問題なし。 ・朝食はフルーツ＋メイン7つから選べる。トーストは自分で追加でも焼ける。ボリュームもあるし美味しい。水、コーヒー、紅茶は自由に飲める。コーヒーはたしかに美味しくないが、美味しいコーヒーが飲みたいならカフェに行けばよいだけ。この値段でこんな朝食出してくれて、何の文句もない。 ・ホテルでバイクのレンタルも可能。19時までで1日13万キープで手配してくれた。町中より安かった。ほかにもいろんなアクティビティの手配をしてくれるみたい。 ・ホテルのスタッフが優しい。女性のオーナーさんはいつも気にかけてくれたし、助けてくれた。私の英語力がポンコツ過ぎて聞き取れなかったりして申し訳なかった。

− ・施設の老朽化が進んでいる。部屋の中の扉は開け閉めするとギーギー音がしたり、シャワーの接続部から水が出たりする。でも全然許容範囲内。 ・ヴァンヴィエン駅から乗り合いの緑のバスでホテルに向かったが、運転手にホテル名を伝えても理解してなかった。google mapを見ながらバスに乗り、伝わらない時はMad Monkeyあたりで降ろしてもらうと良いと思う。
