10.0We had a wonderful stay here recently. The room was large, by European standards, extremely clean, and quite comfortable. Yes, from the outside, one may question it, but once walking inside this is a great place to stay. Really what puts it over the top is the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. It is also easy to walk to many destinations around town. I would certainly stay here again!

10.0Everything was wonderful. Spotless and nothing too much bother fir them. Our son left an item and they sent a driver with it to us at no cost. Breakfast was great. We arranged transport from rome airport to them and then onward to our cruise ship . So easy.
