10.0Alt. Både personalet, maten og servicen var helt fantastisk. Vi fikk sjekke inn tidligere enn avtalt. Rommet vi hadde bestilt var helt nydelig. Manglet ingenting og det var akkurat slik som vi hadde sett for oss. Perfekt utsikt over kalderaen og solnedgangen. Vi kommer garantert tilbake til dette hotellet.

− It was soo windy that we heard it all night but cant complain about it because the hotel is on the cliffs. The pool was not so clean towards the end of the day, maybe filtration needs to work better

− The water in the swimming pool was very cold all the time,they told me they can't warm it. The cold water in the bathroom was hot! Can't take a shower, especially with the sun burn on the skin. The water pressure in the bathroom was very wery low, difficult to take a shower, almost impossible with the hot water! I am very disappointed
