5.0− I don't understand where the good reviews come from. This was definitely the worst hotel we had during our Laos trip. Given the high price, the rooms were outdated and filthy. The safe didn't work, the breakfast was very basic and mostly cold, and the trips they offer are overpriced (you find them for almost half the price in shops next door).
Ok for the money.
6.0In town, so not too bad location. Great if you have a car , which i did as i was over-landing from Australia. Pool is very small, breakfast was very average.
− 12 story building been built so some construction noise, looks like it will take another year to build it.
Stayed at another hotel nearby for a night which was way better
5.0Location was ok for sightseeing. A few shops nearby. A few restaurants within walking distance.
− The pool was at front of hotel and offered limited seating and privacy. Photos on website are a bit misleading. The room we stayed in needs a total refurbishment, curtains dirty and ripped, ceiling fan didn't work, air con just keeping up and the bathroom smelled bad and needed a proper clean, mould everywhere. No elevator so might not suit some people, we were on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was average
