I booked after seeing good reviews, but I was wrong. No facilities as mentioned. Such a pity.

− There is no restaurant, spa, laundry, ironing and other related services as mentioned in the website. Hotel is not maintained or cleaned properly. Everything is worn down. Room is smelly and no ambience. No toiletries supplied, no face towel or hand towel. I got just one old torn bath towel and one soap, nothing else in the room. Room size is decent. Nothing close to the descriptions given. There is no charm for the entire property. I checked out in three hours and went to another hotel.
