Ideal for short trip to Leamington but BEWARE ROOM 22!
7.0Location, staff, room presentation, on-site parking
− Room 22 was too hot! Couldn’t sleep even with window open on a cool evening with fan provided at full power. The hard pillows didn’t help. We found out the next morning that the room is next to the boiler and is the hottest room in the hotel. Disappointed we were given this room when others were available on the night we stayed. Breakfast coffee was the worst we’ve ever had but the fresh fruit salad was very good.

Probably the best hotel in Leamington Spa
9.0A 3-star hotel with a great atmosphere. A comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. A surprisingly good breakfast, cooked to order, with fresh fruit on offer, served by friendly and efficient staff.
− Unfortunately, the unstable Wi-Fi, which kept dropping out, was a minor nuisance. It’s worth sorting this out, as these days it should be as reliable as running water – faultless.
Perfectly pleasant and great for what we needed.
8.0The staff were friendly and the general feel of the hotel was casual but efficient. Breakfast was good with plenty of option on offer.
