− De tudo porque fomos enganados. Compramos três quartos em que as fotos mostravam quartos amplos e confortáveis, e o que nos deram foram quartos no sótão onde ao tomar banho até batíamos com a cabeça no teto. Pagamos 168 euros por quartos que não valiam 30 Não tinham janelas, nem ac. Quando questionado a recepção pelas fotos anunciadas, foi nos dito que as fotos eram de outro hotel do grupo. Estadia horrivel

− El primer día nos pusieron en una habitación abuardillada y hacía mucho calor. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una con jardín y fenomenal.
