− Las camas son muy duras, en la habitación que rente solo habia 2 toallas y somos 4 personas, cuando fui a pedir mas toallas al salir de la alberca, me dijeron que necesitaba mi credencial (INNE) PARA PODER PRESTARME MAS TOALLAS y vi que las toallas estan enumeradas y cuando pedi la credencial me dijeron que la regresaban hasta que entregará las toallas ...osea, he estado mucho hoteles y nunca me habían echo algo asi. Es super incomodl por que todo el tiempo tuve que estar pensando en No olvidar la credencial.

9.0En mi caso fue una estadía breve pero las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, cuentan con lo indispensable para poder tener un alojamiento agradable
− El sonido no es totalmente cancelado dentro de las habitaciones, principalmente cuando el resto de los huéspedes charlan o transitan con sus maletas por el pasillo.
