We had just come from a funeral and decided to stay overnight but the experience was very unpleasant
4.0The hotel’s ambiance is lovely. The room is good and clean.
− The experience was generally disappointing considering the standard of the hotel. We shared our concerns with the lady at reception that our room was cold and loud because of the sound of an AC (we believe it is) that was coming from outside. The shower was horrific to say the least. The shower head was now spraying water in a normal way and the tap could not regulate warm water right. It was either hot or cold.
