− Обман на деньги, не уважительное отношение женщине с четырьмя детьми
Нужно поработать с персоналом и над чистотой номера
3.0Расположение отличное для транзита и одной ночи.
− Но персонал портит всё впечатление. Очень неприветливые, настроены негативно к гостю. На прощание не сказано ничего, это уже даже ненависть какая-то. Уборка слабая, не была убрана пыль и мусорное ведро с мусором. Цена за такой комфорт завышена. Надеюсь на изменения после прочтения руководством
