9.0Швидке підтвердження бронювання. Заїжджали ми піздно, на ресепшн вже нікого не було, але нас заселили і розрахували. Сам номер просто чудовий! Ніби і невеликий, але розвернутися було де. Постіль аж скрипіла, така була чиста. Ванна кімната простора, вразив набір косметики: я такий повний побачила вперше :) Міні-бар з повним наповненням, як я зустрічала раніше. Наявність пляшки води була навіть недивною після всього :) Сюрпризом стали беруші, за що окреме дякую. Сніданок входив в оплату при нашому бронюванні, але нас не попередили, що мається на увазі лише частина, а саме 200 грн на людину. Було б добре проговорювати цей момент або на ресепшн, або вже в ресторані при замовленні. Сам сніданок можна було обрати із меню. Все було смачно і швидко зготовлено, дякую.
− Єдине, що нам давало дискомфорт — це світло у коридорі, яке вмикалося датчиком руху. При будь-якому русі. В будь-якому положенні, навіть на ліжку. Це трішки дратувало.

5.0− Опис готелю не відповідає дійсності. З тваринами заборонено але в сусідньому номері гавкає собака пів ночі і день. Написано що сніданки включено але ні, вони не включені. Той комплімент що надається не є включенням сніданку у вартість. Зроблено щоб готель потрапляв у пошуки і люди не мали вибору коли вже приїдуть.
