10.0Krásný hotel,spousty místa na parkování,u hotelu skvělá restaurace Skála s výborným jídlem a příjemným personálem V hotelu čistý bazén s vířivkou,který jsme hojně využívaly Snídaně bohaté,každý si vybere,kvalitní jídlo i káva Personál hotelu ochotný,jakýkoliv požadavek byl splněn.
− Ne že nelíbilo,ale v třílůžkovem bylo málo místa ,nebylo kam si dát kufr a prostor na oblečení pro tři osoby velmi malý.

− Trochu mě mrzí, že není možnost na pokoji uvařit si kávu popř. čaj kdykoli máte chuť.

10.0Die gesamte Anlage (ehem. Kloster) ist super und entspricht voll und ganz einem 4-Sterne-Hotel !!! Das Restaurant (Kloster-Gewölbe) hat schon ein gewisses Feeling und die angebotenen Speisen sind sehr gut.
− Leider schließt das "Cafe" zum Abend. Man kann zwar auf der hochgelegenen "Terrasse" am Abend sitzen und das schöne Wetter genießen, aber ein Service, der Getränke vor Ort anbietet, fehlt einfach. Man kann sich zwar selbst kümmern und in das gegenüberliegende Restaurant (Gewölbe) gehen um sich ein Bier oder ein Aperol zu holen - aber das ist nicht gerade ideal um einen schönen Urlaubstag ausklingen zu lassen !

6.0Bardzo duży pozytyw za restaurację Skala, dobre piwo, dobre jedzenie, miła obsługa. Bezpłatny parking. Dobre miejsce noclegowe do zwiedzania Czech. Telewizja transmitowała mistrzostwa świata!
− Basen i jacuzzi czynne tylko do 19 (i z przerwą w środku dnia). Kawiarnia (na tarasie, bez wejścia z wnętrza hotelu) czynna od 14 do 18. W pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, nie ma czajnika, nie wolno podłączać suszarki, chociaż jest podłączona lodówka. Dokładnie pod oknem niektórych pokojów przebiega dość ruchliwa droga, albo nie da się spać rano z powodu hałasu, albo trzeba zamknąć okno i wtedy robi się duszno.
