− A funcionária que fala espanhol não me atendeu como devia de ser com o meu cartão de cidadão não mão ainda me trocou o nome de seguida veio outro funcionário também não me ajudoumuito só na terceira vezque veio outra senhora e sim tudo se resolveu espero que coloque pessoal com mais experiência no atendimentodo chekin issoé fundamental. .O quarto muito escuro e junto ao acesso principal muito barulho mesmo com janelas fechadas café da manhã todos os dias as mesmas coisas nada variável além disso na casa de banho tinha formigas a entrar no cano do lavatório e andavam em filia a correr o banheiro nos cantos do banheiro teve dois dias que fizeram uma festa em cima no salão pois o barulho da música e das pessoas a falar até ás 1 hora da manhã isso acho falta de respeito pelo próximo pois eventos assim deveria ter outros locais para o fazer e não junto ao Hotel pois a gente quer descansar e fica difícil o fazer com o barulho .

7.0La piscina es increíble. La única pega es que a pesar de que en las normas aparecen cosas como que no se puede jugar en ella o molestar al resto de los bañistas, la gente se tira en bomba y juega a tu lado sin importarle.
− Se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido del pasillo y también cada paso que dan en los cuartos de encima. Además tienen bastantes humedades en las habitaciones.
