− There was no A/c. While it was not mentioned that there is AC while booking neither was it mentioned that it is without A/c. Iit is only to be expected. The linen was dirty stained and pillow covers torn, which was changedon being pointed out but even the changed one was not up to the mark. The staff showed great reluctance to change blaming the management, had to be asked to leave and changing the linen was done by us ourselves. No water was provided until next morning.
