1.0− Velmi nepříjemný dojem na nás zanechalo chování jedné z recepčních. Její přístup byl arogantní, neochotný a nepříjemný, místy až nelidský. Mrzí mě, že právě člověk na recepci, který je první tváří hotelu a vytváří první dojem, vystupoval takto vůči hostům. Ráda bych ale zdůraznila, že se jednalo pouze o jednu recepční. Ostatní personál byl milý, vstřícný a profesionální. Přesto si myslím, že lidé pracující na pozici recepční by měli být komunikativní, ochotní a umět jednat s hosty s respektem. Takové chování podle mého názoru do služeb tohoto typu nepatří.

8.0Etwas Abseits und am Rand der Stadt, aber die Innenstadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück reichlich.

9.0Hotel na pěkném, klidném místě. Velké, světlé pokoje. U snídaně dobrý výběr. Na vyžádání jsem dostal bezlepkové pečivo. V suterénu bazen a výřivka.
