The most unfriendly staff I've ever encountered
2.0I've honestly never been to a hotel where the staff are so unhelpful and unfriendly! We were made so unwelcome we left and found elsewhere. Admittedly my German is not good but it was very obvious we were very unwelcome

10.0Very nice rooms with a lot of space and more than enough storage place. The restaurant offers fine food and a luxuary breakfast buffet. Service was excellent and friendly Excellent place to stay. Close to the lift.
