− POOR HOSPITALITY AND UNCLEAR LISTING DETAILS. The property mentions a common washroom but does not clearly disclose that there is only ONE washroom shared between room and dorm guests, located two floors below. When we politely explained our concerns and requested a cancellation as per the booking policy, the owner responded in a rude and aggressive manner and accused us of trying to damage the property's reputation. The refund was eventually processed with a one-day deduction as per policy, which we accepted. However, the way we were treated was disappointing. At similar rates, there are much better options available with clearer listings and more professional hospitality.
