9.0Unkompliziert im Check In und Check Out. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gute Anbindung zur Autobahn. Ich komme gerne wieder.

1.0− Nous avons eu une panne de voiture, vers 20H00, nous avons prévenu de notre retard. Le réceptionniste nous a dit qu'il allait mettre la clé dans le coffre prévu à cet effet en nous donnant le code. Malheureusement à notre arrivée à 2H00 du matin, il n'y avait aucune clé, nous avons appelé le numéro indiqué sur la porte et laissé plusieurs messages, nous avons appuyé plusieurs fois sur l'interphone sans réponse également. C'est un client que nous a entendu et qui est venu ouvrir la porte, nous avons rappelé à l'accueil mais personne n'est venu. Nous avons attendu sur un siège jusqu'à 6H00 l'arrivée de la réceptionniste pour expliquer la situation. Nous avons eu la chambre juste pour prendre une douche et le petit déjeuner et nous sommes reparti à 7H30. Je vous demande le remboursement total de la chambre.

3.0Eigentlich nur die Bemühungen des Personals
− Bei Ankunft erstes Zimmer nicht gereinigt,alles noch vom vorherigen Gast benutzt. Sollte nicht passieren. Neues Zimmer bekommen. Auch wenn es sicher in einem preislichen günstigen Segment ist, sollte keine Mängel da sein, die auch Sicherheittechnisch kritisch sind..TV ging nicht , fand keinen Sender. Abfalleimer Stange geschickt vor Antenne Buchse. Diese war komplett aus Wand gerissen. Und Kabel rutsche ab. Matratze extrem weich und weiteren Punkte zähle ich nicht mehr auf. .
