Location and Pool Awesome - food and food service just awful
5.0Nice clean hotel - rooms small but nice with the refurb. The pool is awesome and should be used so much more.
− Food is just awful - zero taste or seasoning and you have to wait literally for an hour + for food and drinks - I think I went to the bar three times to chase a beer - I could have leaned over and opened it myself in 30’seconds. Really bad service and food experience. Substandard for a city centre hotel.
It was a very good stay, well mannered staff and hotels up to date.
