6.0Blisko do Balatonu, idealny na nocleg podczas drogi, W okolicy dobre restauracje, Basen , Sauna sucha i parowa, Jaccuzzi wszystko ogólno dostępne. Klima wszędzie gdzie się tylko dało. Prywatny parking.
− Obiekt to raczej jakiś dawny szpital czy ośrodek sporo wyposażenia szpitalnego:) nawet dwa łóżka jeszcze szpitale zostały :) w naszym lokum, co na jedną noc nie stanowiło problemu bardziej powód do rozbawienia:)

Entering Arkanum Wellness Hotel: Mission Impossible
2.0− My experience with Arkánum Wellness Hotel did very little for my wellness—and I’ve been booking accommodation through Booking.com for many years. We arrived as a family at around 22:00. I accept that this was one hour after the stated check-in time. What was not clearly communicated, however, was that 21:00 was not simply the end of reception hours—it was effectively the start of a Fort Boyard challenge, only without any clues and, in our case, without success. There was no key in any of the key boxes neatly attached to the entrance wall, no alternative access procedure, no message from the host, and no answer on the phone. We were left outside with our children and had to come up with a plan B late at night. The main issue was not the limited reception hours, but the lack of a clear warning that arriving after 21:00 meant no access whatsoever to a prepaid room. That is a significant consequence and, in my view, important enough to justify proactive communication from the host. A useful warning for future guests: treat 21:00 as a locked-gate deadline, not an approximate check-in time. Arrange late arrival in advance—or prepare for your own Fort Boyard episode.

9.0Nagyon kedves fogadtatás, a vendégek igényeihez való hozzáállás és rugalmasság. Az épület és a szobák tágas, világos, rendezett terei, a kisebb területű, de rendkívül jól felszerelt wellness részleg és a néhány kondigéppel kiegészített és gépesített masszázs/esztétikai szalon. Közel van az éttermekhez, üzletekhez és a vízparthoz. Tökéletes egy nyaraláshoz.
− A jacuzzi belső peremét érdemes lenne körbetakarítani időnként, hogy a rászáradó hab ne maradjon rajta. A svédasztalos reggelit drágának tartom a választékhoz képest, így mi nem vettük igénybe. Ettől eltekintve nagyon jó ár-értek arányú a hotel. Szívesen visszatérek.
