− I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had originally booked through Booking.com and had submitted a request to change my dates, which clearly stated that the charges would be revised according to the new dates. The revised amount was significantly lower than my original booking. However, when I arrived at the property, the staff refused to honour my date change request. Instead, they asked me to modify the booking directly with them on the spot, but still insisted on charging me the original amount of ₹12,000, even though the revised booking would have cost around ₹7,000. What made the experience worse was the behaviour of the staff. I was informed that someone from the reservations team was present, but the person I spoke to denied it—despite later turning out to be the same individual. This lack of transparency and the rude attitude were extremely unprofessional. Overall, this felt unfair and misleading. I would advise others to be cautious and double-check all changes directly before arriving, as the hotel may not honour booking modifications.
