Exceptional staff in a lovely hotel in a great area for hiking.
10.0The staff were terrific. They were beyond kind, warm, and thoughtful. They anticipated our every need. They went out of their way in the kitchen to create special vegan options for me (unasked).
− I would move the smoking area far away from the front door so that the hotel lobby and lounge don't constantly fill with smoke. My only complaint for this hotel (a solvable issue).
