9.0Great customer service! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and quick to resolve any issues we had. They were even kind enough to grant us an extra 2 hours for check-out. Highly recommend! Absolutely loved our experience here! The food is hands down the best in the area—not only did it taste amazing, but the presentation was beautiful. The bar drinks were excellent, and capping the night off with their delicious ice cream was the perfect finish. Highly recommend! Location of hotel was great right beside the boat/ferry station.

8.0Ubicacion fantastica, el personal muy amable y profesional, desayuno muy bueno. El edificio bonito al igual que las areas comunes del hotel. Perfecto para descubrir Lido y tambien visitar Venezia.
