5.0Velmi ochotný personál, dobrá snídaně.
− V pokojích neni klimatizace,, takže v letnich teplotách je to v pokojích, obracených k západu, velmi znát. Pokud otevřete okna, těsná blizkost železničního uzlu je znát rovněž. Do 2.patra po svých.

4.0− Hotel znajduje się tuż przy dworcu PKP i bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, wskutek czego przez całą dobę w pokojach jest duży hałas, nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Żaluzji lub rolet w pokoju brak. Ba, brak nawet drzwi do łazienki -zastępują je dziwne, uszkodzone drzwi przesuwne, których nie da się domknąć. W pokoju wystroju właściwie brak, brakuje też dostępnych gniazdek elektrycznych, nie ma też czajnika. W łazience slabe ciśnienie wody, zepsuta spłuczka. Czystość klatki schodowej pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadanie uznać mozna za standardowe. Mam wrażenie, że hotel nie był remontowany od dziesiecioleci.
